20% increase in the production of persimmon

Production continues to grow and persimmon production will double in 5 years.
Persimmon continues its expansion with a net increase in production.
This season, production of Kaki Ribera del Xúquer (AOP) is expected to reach 75 million tons, an increase of 20% compared to last year.
Steadily increasing, domestic production could reach 350 million kilos in the next 5 years (130 today).
Spanish persimmon is exported to Germany, Russia, France, Italy and England.
