Valent's new Innovation Center for research and development of crop protection solutions

Valent U.S.A., one of the leaders in the development and commercialization of both traditional chemical products and biorational products that protect agricultural crops, opened a new modern facility in San Ramon, California called the North American Innovation Center (NAIC). The new site physically unites the staff from its California technical center in Dublin and the headquarters in Walnut Creek.

NAIC is a hub for research and development, and headquarter operations for North America with nearly 100,000 square-foot, which will allow the company to bring sustainable agricultural solutions and professional products to market more efficient.

By offering unique bio-rational and traditional grower-focused crop protection solutions for both row crops and specialty crops in the US, Canada and Mexico, the company also develops products for professional turf, ornamental and aquatic uses.

The North American Innovation Center is outfitted with advanced security systems and equipment, as well as key safeguards in response to COVID-19, with its design focused on sustainable practices, including energy efficiency and indoor environmental quality.
