The first Zespri kiwifruit from New Zealand has arrived in the port of Zeebrugge.
Zespri Kiwifruit from New Zealand have arrived in Europe.
The first ship "the Hawk Bay" arrived in the port of Zeebrugge. Several other vessels are expected in the following weeks. In southern Europe, the port of Tarragona will receive the first ship on Saturday, May 12
The European ZESPRI team has planned numerous marketing campaigns with TV advertisements and promotional campaigns in specialised stores in Spain, Italy, Belgium and the Netherlands and promotions in German supermarkets. All these actions are expected to encourage the consumption of kiwifruit.
