Almenara police arrest thieves for stealing melons thanks to the use of drones

In Almenara, in the province of Castellón (Spain), the Local Police have arrested two individuals for stealing melons from a municipal field, using drones in their surveillance operation. After being caught red-handed by the agents, the people were taken before the judicial authority.
Javier Navarro, Chief of the Local Police, details that during a surveillance flight two people were detected illegally collecting melons. Upon arriving at the scene, suspicions were confirmed and the individuals were found stealing between 400 and 500 kilos of melons.
