Carrefour promotes Brazilian products

Carrefour is to start a year-long promotion of Brazilian products in its stores all around the world.
The campaign was officially launched by Brazilian Development, Industry and Trade Minister Luiz Fernando Furla in Warsaw on 21st September.
The promotion is a result of an agreement between Carrefour and the Brazilian Export Promotion Agency, APEX.
Carrefour will make an initial purchase of Brazilian products worth 30m reais (EUR8.6m), mainly fresh tropical fruits. At least 60 Brazilian fruit producers are participating in the campaign.
