New customs procedures for imports from Belarus and Kazakhstan

Belarus and Kazakhstan are members of the Eurasian Economic Union , they harmonize their customs procedures with that of the Soviet Union. In this context, the Turkish companies of food ( fruits and vegetables, cereals, and dried fruit) are required to register on a list of exporting companies acting as guarantors on certain points, in order to sell their products to these countries, as is already the case for the Russian Federation. 

Those who do not find on the list or who have been banned for one reason or another (mostly phytosanitary ) will not export to these countries.Turkish exporters experiencing many difficulties this year to maintain their level of exports to these countries were not really need these additional measures that enable customs to refuse their products more easily .
