Delhaize buys Victory Super Markets

Belgian food retailer Delhaize has announced that is has acquired American supermarket chain Victory Super Markets. The value of the deal is US$175 million. Victory operates 19 stores in the northeast of the USA and has an annual turnover of around $385 million.
