Organic Trade Association predicts continued growth for organic produce

The American Organic Trade Association has predicted that the organic industry will continue to show healthy growth rates over the next twenty years. An OTA industry survey concluded that while growth rates will not continue to match the current 20 percent a year, by 2025 14 percent of the average U.S. household's budget will be devoted to purchasing organic products.
