Enza increases its production of kiwifruit

The Enza kiwifruit production, brand of the Turners & Growers group in New Zealand, has excellent prospects .

Production of the EnzaGold variety is increasing with the first harvest of new orchards but also with very good crops in the regions of Bay of Plenty and Kerikeri.

Producers from Bay of Plenty Kerikeri should collect 100,000 trays this year and 400,000 in the next 2 seasons.

Enza continues to strengthen its production of kiwifruit varieties, Summerkiwi and EnzaRed. The early variety that comes with 4 weeks earlier than the variety Hayward has a real commercial potential.

EnzaRed variety, grown for the first time in New Zealand, will be in commercial production in 2013. This variety is very popular on Chinese and European markets.
