Capespan buys 75% of Aspen Services International

Capespan strengthens its logistics sector with the acquisition of a majority of shares in a South African logistics service company.

Capespan Group Ltd. strengthening its supply chain with the acquisition of 75 % of shares in Aspen Services International ( Pty ) Ltd , specializing in freight forwarding and logistics of fresh products.

The company Capespan states that this acquisition will provide significant synergies in logistics operations . The organization will be more relevant and can respond more effectively to the complex chain of fresh products. The new entity will have a new name and a new identity.

Aspen specializes in logistics and fruit exports from South Africa , which complements existing activities Capespan already presents in Japan , Hong Kong , China, UK , Europe , North America, Chile, Egypt , Namibia and South Africa.
