Larrère begins its 20th season of early carrots

Larrère starts the 2013 campaign with the early famous sand carrots.
The carrot find an ideal field in the sandy land of the Moors, it is the undisputed queen of Larrère cultures. The annual output is 20,000 tons. The carrot is certified Larrère Global Gap and High Environmental Value Level 2; Biological carrot, certified Organic Agriculture and Global Gap. They are packaged on the site of Domaine du Douc, BRC certified.
The family Larrère cultivates more than 1,300 acres spread over nine farms. Founded in 1981, the company began organic agriculture since 2000s and now devotes half of his land. Conventional production Larrère are placed under the sign of sustainable development. Flexibility, volume and responsible way of production are the characteristics of these cultures.
