There is a clear downward trend in activity for Lufthansa Cargo, which fell 5.5% in September and 8.9% since the beginning of the year.
The economic downturn has affected air transport.
Lutftansa Cargo totaled 142,000 tons of cargo during the month of September, a decrease of 5.5% compared to the previous month and down 8.9% over the first 9 months of the year

However, Lufthansa Group passenger traffic (Lufthansa, Austrian Airlines and Swiss) rose 3.5% in the first 9 months of the year. The Group carried 78.83 million people, including 57.2 million for the sole Lufthansa.
