Winn-Dixie to cut 10,000 jobs

US supermarket giant Winn-Dixie has announced that it is to cut 10,000 jobs and close 156 stores over the next year.
The company is struggling to cope with the competition from Wal-Mart and other food retailers and has seen sales fall recently.
