Chiquita Brands International: a new member for the Board of Directors.

William H. Camp, a former ADM executive, has been appointed to the Board of Directors of Chiquita Brands International, thus increasing its number from eight to nine members. Mr. Camp brings more than 30 years of management experience in the agricultural processing value chain.
According to Fernando Aguirre, Chairman and CEO of Chiquita Brands International, Mr. Camp’s “leadership and extensive skills in operating a global supply chain will enhance an already strong group of independent board members whose vision and expertise continue to advance Chiquita's sustainable growth strategy."
