Strong sale rise for Tesco

Tesco, UK' s largest distributor, has posted strong sale rise for the past quarter. The group sales rose 12.2% in the 14 weeks until November 17th. Sales in the UK rose 9.2% notably because of the opening of a certain number of new shops. Tesco to say its growth could have been higher if it didn't have to face strong competition.
