Apples prices skyrocket in Poland

Based on the recent data, Champion apples prices rally in Polish fruits market. This kind of price knock could be traced to dynamic purchasing of Champion apples by companies-exporters. At the current moment polish fruits producers offer poor quality apples, while high quality fruits are placed for long-term storage. This attitude could be accounted for dramatic price increase expectation. This week apples costs have soared up to 0,3 – 0,33 EUROkg, these numbers are 20% higher comparing to the previous year figures.
