Crop projection
LFC Food has a steady year-round production of passion fruit and mangosteen from Colombia and Peru, with the capacity to supply one to three tonnes per week. For avocado, the company can supply a container every 15 days from Colombia (May to November) and Peru (January to June). In addition, they offer Cavendish bananas, tahiti lime, passion fruit, lulo, and more, including a new line of juice concentrates.
Growing practices and packaging strategies
LFC Food establishes agreements with suppliers that ensure the quantity of product required, offering training to improve quality. They use good agricultural practices and customised packaging according to the client's request, adapting the boxes to different sizes depending on the product.
The company distributes its products nationally in school feeding programmes and internationally in markets such as Canada, Spain and England. For the coming season, LFC Food plans to participate in Fruit Attraction and to carry out marketing visits in Spain and France from October 2024.
