Distribution channels, characterized by bespoke packaging that proudly showcases the PGI’s territorial identity, allocate 70% to large-scale retail, with the remainder distributed through traditional retail and direct sales, witnessing a notable surge in Horeca channels.

While the domestic market commands 80% of sales, the allure of the Green Asparagus of Altedo PGI transcends borders, captivating palates across Europe, notably in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Its inclusion in Coop Italia’s prestigious Fior Fiore line further cements its status as a mark of quality.
