The personal data that Helios International collects is kept for as long as is necessary for the purpose of processing. In order to determine the most appropriate retention periods, we have specifically taken into account the sensitivity of your personal data as well as the reasons for which we have collected your personal data.
- - Internet prospects (potential customers) who have filled in the contact form will have their data retained for three years from the date of your last action, then deleted or archived in order to comply with legal retention obligations.
- - Internet users who register their company (customers) will have their data retained for the duration of our business relationship, up to ten years, and then deleted or archived in order to comply with legal retention obligations.
