Takeover of David Del Curto

David Del Curto, one of the leading fruit exporters in the country, has come under control of the investment company Group Corso.

 
The group Corso has 93.3% now owns of the company David del Curto by increasing its stake by 41.5%.

 
The investment group said that the operation aims to strengthen the position of David Del Curto in the fruit export industry. With its solid bases, the company offers significant growth potential. David del Curto will invest $ 10 million this year  to optimize its production capacity.
