The aim of the company, among other activities, is to develop innovative packaging for the retail sector, to extend the preservation time of retail products sold fresh.
According to Vanessa Martinez, this new packaging for cherries is made from polypropylene and polyethylene, making the packages more transparent and shiny. The bags have handles, which makes a more attractive presentation and punch holes that facilitate respiration of the product during transport. Other advantages are to enable the reduction of residues with better quality and cherries that are not hand-selected by consumers.
These bags are already distributed in Turkey and are appreciated for their presentation in packs of 600 grams.
