The British company Martin Lishman Ltd continues to extend the range of its ImpacTrack, the data logger for impact detection. This range of dummy product shapes makes it possible to reproduce all the movements of fruits and vegetables during their handling and transport.
In Hall 8.2, Stand A-08 the British company Martin Lishman Ltd presents its ImpacTrack for pineapple, sweet potato, gala melon and coconut. These new shapes enrich the ImpacTrack range which has more than 32 different shapes, including 8 different apple versions, 3 sizes of avocado, clementine and mango.
ImpacTrack is a data logger for impact detection. The ImpacTrack sensor is housed in a carrier shell designed to match the size, shape and density of actual products to replicate the movement characteristics of the products.
Data is recorded, all the way through the handling and packaging processes, and either transmitted in real time via Bluetooth to the app or downloaded at the end of the journey, providing a record of all impacts suffered .
A reliable tool, ImpacTrack helps users to detect and identify 'black spots' where products suffer damage. Then they just need to adjust or modify their processing and handling lines to significantly reduce loss and waste.
