Agricultural exports reached US$5.67 billion during the six-month period.
Peru recorded higher export values for several of its main fresh fruits in the first half of 2026, according to the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism (Mincetur).
Blueberry exports showed the strongest increase, rising 48.7% to US$453 million. Grape exports reached US$789 million, an increase of 16.9%, while avocado exports grew 11.5% to US$973 million.
The gains contributed to a 3.7% rise in Peru’s agricultural exports, which totaled US$5.67 billion in January-June.
Across all sectors, China, the United States and the European Union remained Peru’s three largest export destinations during the period.
