Eggplants of a kilo and a half

Located in the Mersin region, in the southeast of Turkey, this producer, which grows vegetables for twenty years, managed  to obtain huge eggplants after a selection of only Turkish seeds for about 8 years, the size of which  takes nothing away from their organoleptic qualities.

This vegetable, which produces about one ton per week, is very appreciated by consumers.
