With December data still pending, final 2025 results will depend on late-season shipments.
Peru’s fresh pea exports reached US$43.7 million in the January–November 2025 period, with volumes totalling 12,997 tonnes.
According to a recent Agrodata report, export value and volume were both lower than in the same period of 2024, when revenues stood at US$49.3 million and volumes at 14,590 tonnes. The average export price in 2025 remained stable at US$3.36 per kg, broadly in line with last year.
Shipments were concentrated in the mid-year months, with June to August accounting for the highest volumes. November exports amounted to US$2.9 million on 807 tonnes, reflecting the seasonal slowdown toward the end of the campaign.
The United States was the main destination, accounting for US$17.9 million, or 41 percent of total export value. The United Kingdom followed with US$14.6 million (33 percent), while the Netherlands ranked third at US$9.4 million(22 percent). Smaller volumes were shipped to Japan and other European markets.
