Richel Solar for more sustainable production

Considering the excessive temperatures that many countries face during part of the year, Richel adapts its glass and plastic greenhouse models with ventilation systems under the plants and with exterior coating. Richel Group is also positioning itself as an essential partner for producing crops and Watts thanks to its photovoltaic plastic greenhouse called "Richel Solar": it uses a diffusing film with flexible positioning of the panels on the roof to adapt to shading rate.

Decarbonized green electricity

With the photovoltaic chapel greenhouse, Richel Group solves a difficult equation: sustainable, local fruit and vegetable production combined with decarbonated green electricity production. "It is possible to create shading of between 15 and 42% with the solar panels, depending on the amount of sunlight," explains Brice Richel, export and marketing director.
