Rising demand for ripened fruits prompts producers to invest in new technology

Tom Hall, Freska sales manager and Partner, said that the need for such investment emerged when their retail partners asked for ripening capabilities. Now, with Thermal Tech ripening rooms, they expect to be able to provide ripened fruit to any of their customers within 48 hours.
