OSCAR ® is the first French kiwi in Seoul

1st French kiwi present in Asia (Taiwan since 1992, China since 2009), the French kiwi OSCAR ® finally arrives on the South Korean market.

Kiwi OSCAR ® participated in the lounge French Gourmet Festival, in early November in the Korean capital. "Our customers are impatient to taste the kiwi OSCAR ® and the first deliveries are expected to Seoul on December 29," says Jean-Baptiste Pinel, General Director of Sales Office PRIM’LAND.

The Asian market is subject to specifications particularly demanding in terms of health grounds. Approval procedures are the outcome of work undertaken over several years and validate the skills of producers and packing stations.

Uncontested leader in France, kiwi OSCAR ® is surging in the Asian market. For the 2013-2014 season, PRIM’LAND predicts to market 17,000 tons of kiwis from which more than 35% in ASIA.
