New cargo terminal in Tucumán

The new terminal is positioned in capacity as the second largest of the country.
A new cargo terminal of the airport Benjamín Matienzo Tucumán has been recently inaugurated which covers 3850 m2. It is composed of three sectors: a cold room, a pre-chamber, offices for controle bodies and operators.
The new infrastructure will allow to store and refrigerate 3 600 tons (berries, strawberries, blueberries) expected for the 2013 season. It is expected 90 flights during the season, the first flights took the direction of the United States (Miami, Los Angeles) then Asia and the EU.
