SAS Boyer Philibon takes Company and Enviroment Prizes

Organised by the Ministry of Ecology and ADEME, these awards recognise the environmentally achievements for 25 years.

The "efficient and clean technologies" prize was awarded to the SAS Philibon Boyer and GreenWatt for its biogas plant fruits.

Boyer SAS, based in Moissac (82) specialises in the marketing of fresh fruit (Charentais melons, plums, grapes, cherries, exotic fruits ...). It is one of the main operators in the market melon in France and sells

Boyer company manages approximately 2,000 tons per year (melons, plums), at €55 per ton. The Boyer Company has decided to install a biogas plant of its co-products of fruit packing station with its innovative technology GreenWatt. This is a 100% biogas plant with an installed electric capacity of 100 KW. The system developed by GreenWatt allows the company to reuse its own waste.
