Marketed under the MargiS brand, the squash is Zero-pesticide and Sustainable Agroecology, the result of traditional know-how and exceptional terroir.
Producer from father to sons since 1925 the Marcon exploitation takes a new boom by founding in 2012 a family SARL to condition and market on the spot their own production of muscade squash under the mark MargiS.
The MARGIS SARL family located in the Camargue Gardoise, recognized as a wetland of international interest RAMSAR, contributes to the conservation of biodiversity through its experience in sustainable agroecology. The productions of pumpkins are carried out in harmony with the natural environment, unique and protected, that is the Camargue. The crops are 100% natural, without GMO, the company producing its own seed.
The practice adopts a natural fertilization of marine origin, based on sea water. This fertilization makes it possible to naturally feed the crops by a harmonious regeneration of the soil, thanks to a simple return to the earth of a set of oligoelements, frequently neglected.
Zero Pesticide and Sustainable Agroecology. The objective of the company is to optimize the quality in order to offer a nice quantity of flesh, fondant, sweetened with frank flavors, typical of a veritable vegetable naturally grown in the field.
