Pakistan has far exceeded its export goals

Very satisfactory balance sheet for exports of kinnow from Pakistan that produced this season about 2.1 million tons of these fruits.
Pakistan has exported 350,000 tons of kinnow who reported USD 200 million. The initial objective of 325,000 tonnes has been exceeded. The previous season shipments totaled is 315,000 tonnes and USD 170 million.
PDCA , the organization of exporters , said that this year there were no shipments to Europe because of its stringent phytosanitary requirements. On the contrary , Russia has bought 100 000 tonnes of kinnow and among the main customers include the Middle East , the Far East , Bangladesh , Central Asia and some African countries .
