AMS European introduced "Finger Lime"

Finger Lime is a festive product whose demand should increase for the holiday season.

 
Finger Lime (Microcitrus australasica) is an australian forestry fruit, its color may be green, yellow, orange, red, purple, black or brown, although they are the same species with 70 varieties.

 
Its juice is enclosed in small capsules that look like caviar. When tasting, it seems to have pearls crisp and tart. Used in the kitchen of chefs, he has become a trendy product in cocktails, sushi and inventive cuisine.

 Its season begins at the end of January and ends in May. But to meet the French demand that increases each year and multiplies during the holidays, AMS European offers frozen Finger Lime from Australia and currently, fresh Finger lime coming from California.
