Fall in walnut's size ?

Tony Bongiovanni, Fructidor's country manager for France, informs us that the Grenoble walnut committee has asked to the organism that serves the registered designation of origin to make the walnut's size fall, due to this summer's heat and wind blast on Grenoble. No answer has been given yet.
