Eating kiwi fruit is good for morale

A study conducted by scientists at the University of Otago demonstrated that eating two kiwis per day improves mood and energy. The study focused on 54 people divided into two groups. A group should consume two kiwifruits per day and the other group half kiwi per day.
Everyday consumers of 2 kiwis experienced less fatigue and better mood than the other group. The kiwi is an exceptional source of vitamin C. Vitamin C reduces fatigue and increases physical and mental energy.
For the scientists, this study provides further evidence of the nutritional benefits of fruits and vegetables. Making sure to include foods rich wth vitamin C in the daily diet, the benefits are multiplied. Vitamin C activates a number of enzymes in the body, increasing the energy levels of metabolism and various neurotransmitters in the brain.
