CBD records a 26% rise in sales

Brazil's largest retailer, Companhia Brasileira de Distribuicao (CBD), has announced a 26,3% rise in sales in the second quarter to USD932 million. On an other side, the group has known a 8,3% drop in non-food revenue. Nevertheless, CBD has avoided the country's economic difficulties by focusing on its expansion policy.
