International show for organic products soon in Nuremberg

The international show for organic products, BioFoch 2003, will be held from 13 to 16 February in Nuremberg, Germany. Some 2 000 exhibitors and 27 000 visitors from around the world are expected. France will be a special guest this year and will propose many top quality organic products, including fruit and vegetables. Germany ranks third after Italy and UK ; it represents a market share of 26% with 632 165 hectares organically farmed.
