FitosGEST visits, is the portable version of the phytosanitary advice platform for consultants and distributors that Locatec has implemented. This version allows to comment on what is happening on the farm from the mobile (general state of the harvest, presence of pests or diseases, humidity ...), the platform will transcribe this information to text. In addition, the comments will be automatically saved in FitosGEST, the mother platform, to consult them at any time, especially when customer is going to make a new visit and have to consult the data of the previous one.

The mother platform, FitosGEST is a web application that was born by the needs of the Technical Advice and Distribution of Phytosanitary products sector. It allows to manage all the treatments, consult in the Online Phytosanitary Vademecum the updated information of the Official Phytosanitary Files and generate the Field Notebooks with a single click, including all the data that the Ministry requires. Additionally, it alerts of changes or withdrawals of Phytosanitary Products, and warns you of wrong doses, etc.

With the portable version, FitosGEST visits, apart from saving time when transcribing customer’s notes, will help to achieve different functions such as consulting the information of the last visit with its photos and the treatment that recommended before making the new visit. A calendar that indicates the visits status with colors: blue (arranged), green (completed) and red (pending). Arrange the next visits with a client, sending an automated email as a reminder to client. Also, get the client's the signature on the mobile or tablet, proving the visit made. It is a counter of average time for each visit to improve efficiency and have a control. On the other hand, it generates the treatment or the pre-registration in the visit itself from the farm itself, the complete recipe can be generated indicating the phytosanitary products, the doses used, selecting the applicators and the machinery.

In addition, customer will be able to consult the maps from the farm itself from the mobile or Tablet, consult the map of the farms or plots of the clients and find out the fastest route to get there through the module that connects with Google Maps.
