Western Australia fruit and veg exports in trouble.

One of Western Australia's biggest exporters says the high Australian dollar is decimating the state's overseas fruit and vegetable sales. United Exports says importers in the Middle East believe the quality of Australian produce is among the best in the world, but is too expensive to buy and countries like Chile and South Africa are filling the gap.
5 – 6 years ago there was probably 12 or 13 if not more, profitably export companies exporting fresh produce out of Western Australia, but that's been reduced to less than 5, and those still exporting struggle to make a living saying it’s just not viable anymore.
