INTERPERA 2019, the 12th edition in Tours (France)

INTERPERA aims to bring together producers and players in the international sector around technical and economic topics such as recent developments and prospects of pear production, profitability and the way of conducting a pear orchard, research and innovation.

 

 

 

INTERPERA 2019 will take place from 25 to 27 June 2019 in Tours (France). The event is co-organized by the AREFLH, the ANPP (National Pears Apples Association) and the La Morinière experimental station.

 

 

 

On the program this year, a first day will be dedicated to orchards visits of different varieties (Conference, Williams, Comice, Sweet Sensation®, QTee®, Angélys®), followed on June 26 by the conference INTERPERA. Forecast of summer pears, developments and prospects of the world market.

 

 

 

The experimentation station La Morinière (Saint-Epain) will welcome the participants for the 3rd day of the congress. More than 400 French and international visitors, arboriculturists, technicians and partners of the sector are expected to share their knowledge, their expertise and discuss solutions to the current challenges of the world of pear. In-door presentations, but also technical trials in the orchard and equipment demonstrations will follow one another throughout the day.
