Low market share for organic fruit and vegetables

The market share for organic fruit and vegetables in the Netherlands remains very low. Indeed, we're far form the 5% target to reach within 2004 : domestic production is estimated to be up 3,6-4% only by 2005. The largest volumes of organic vegetables in the country are respectively : potatoes, carrots, leeks, cabbages and salads.
