Towards an oversupply of cherries

Cherry production in the Australian state of NSW ( New South Wales) promises to be exceptional this year.

Cherry growers are very optimistic . The weather conditions were very favorable and very an important flowering. A bumper harvest is expected , especially for the early varieties that have benefited fully from these advantages.

Now for industry professionals the only problem that may arise this year will be an excess supply of cherries . It is therefore important to increase external demand , consolidate markets and open new ones. Among the new destinations, the Kuwait market has good opportunities.
