The multiplication of allergies and asthma could come from the change intervened in our plates.
A team of Swiss researchers conducted a study that seems to show a link between dietary fiber consumption and asthma.
A test on mice, some of them subject to a diet with fiber and the other a low-fiber diet, the equivalent to our western diet rates. The first ones have demonstrated much less allergic signs than the last ones who developed a severe allergic reaction.
This reinforces a study by the University of Aberdeen in Scotland which ensured that the increase of allergic diseases and asthma could be explained neither by pollution nor by smoking, by pollen and by genetics. British scientists had not thought about the changes in our diet for 50 years ...
