Apricot back on shelves

Apricot's early varieties come in June, but it is in July that it ranks third among seasonal fruit, representing 7,4% of the shelf' s turnover. If France forecasts 158 000 tons of fruit this year, the Spanish production may drop by 25% to 112 300 tons.
