New high performance on SGORBATI GROUP stand at Macfrut

During the recent Macfrut 2016 Sgorbati Group presented the third of its stand for Visar SORTOP dedicated to carrots.

 

 

Offered in Italy in the last few months by the group of Brescia, the Visar SORTOP is an extremely innovative machine at the high of techonology in the optical sorting, with a large number of parameters (length, diameter, color, ...) and selects the qualities required by the customer in a uniform manner, without the possibility of defects, eliminating the need for personnel downstream of this process, and thus increasing earnings, for structures that are being adopted.

 

 

 

The product is sorted / classified by software that ensures the vision of 360 ​​HD vegetable. It also detectd smaller tasks and calibrate the half millimeter and gram. Selection possibility of 3 quality levels over the waste. With 6 outputs, the SORTOP Carrots is able to select the product for 6 different clients. Already intalled in Switzerland and England, it is a real novelty in Italy.

 

 

 

The machine is connected directly with the home firm, and if necessary, VISARs engineers can intervene in real time.
