Currently no Tariffs on cut flowers between US and Canada
PE
Canada has not announced tariffs on US-grown flowers and foliage.
After reviewing the list of US products subject to tariffs, the Canadian florists federation confirms that flowers and foliage would not included. This means it is business as usual for US-grown flowers and foliage if the tariffs are implemented. Canada sources flowers globally based on seasonality, quality, and value for our customers. Currently, US-grown flowers account for 15% of our total annual purchases. Primary U.S. sources are Florida and California. Florida provides foliage such as leatherleaf, free fern, pittosporum, eucalyptus, ruscus, ming fern, Msses, foxtails, and magnolia. California supplies eucalyptus, wax flower, curly willow, and seasonal field flowers, including Sunflowers. For more information please write here
