After several years of research and investment, SIIM launches its offer of mango ripe just in time – "Guaranteed Maturity"

Proposed from its new ripening platform of Rungis, with a total capacity of 40 000 tons per year the offer "Guaranteed Maturity"" is based on a specific technical know-how developed by SIIM, associated with high technology of an intelligent grading machine.

Maturity guarantee is provided by the selection of fruits according to criteria of internal quality (maturity, sugar rate, physiological defects) and external (appearance, skin defects) following 3 indicators: firmness, ultrasonic and infrared.
