Trade cooperation between Veiling Haspengouw and Univeg .

The Univeg Group expects closer trade cooperation with Veiling Haspengouw.

Univeg intends to take a 51% stake in H- Fruit, the sales organization of Veiling Haspengouw , and a 50 % interest in H- PPACK , the processing and packaging division.

This project requires the approval of competition authorities. 'The goal is to sell products internationally, through Univeg's networks , in addition to the local market. The cooperative will continue its activities but its members will have access to additional sales channels, in a suitable structure.
