Blue Whale is launching a campaign called INNO'POM with a dozen actors (firms and research laboratory) for new apples that do not need crop protection.
INNO'POM is a program to develop healthy quality apples.
Blue Whale is conducting an ambitious project which will be conducted over a period of 4 years. It combines 13 companies and research laboratories to develop production and packaging that could do without
pesticides.
Within 5 years, the partners plan the creation of new production lines dedicated to new products, with an increase of 549 hectares of cultivated land, creating over 500 jobs.
