BanaBay starts its own "Quality Program" (Best-in-Class Quality Program).The BanaBay company, despite the expansion of its sourcing, wants to manage and control the quality at every stage of the production of fruit to the consumer.
By implementing its own quality program. The program, led by Nic Chambers (Technical Manager), will include the selection and training of 40 Quality Agents. These agents will have knowledge of the brand's quality process, including the holding and management of all required documents, at the "supplier" as in "client".
Jose Madrid, the team "Quality" based in the UK, is currently in Central America for delivering quality training for weekly Agents and remain until January 2016.
